* We recommend clarning your ears before first use as this helps the ear plugs stay in place white you sleep.

* To fit, simply roll each ear plug between your palms for a few seconds until warm and pliable, Once warm, press the ear plug over your ear canal and hold for 10 seconds while it expands.

* This will need to be repeated each night.Do not insert too far into your ear canal as the ear plugs may become different to remove.

* If there is too much pressure inside your ear drum please repeat the process until comfortable.

* To clean the ear plugs, use warm soapy water and gently rinse, then leave to dry naturally.
